1/2 is one of the most important to staff morale.

I am a true believer of the 7- 1/2 habits of highly effective people. I also believe that you must be able to have fun do in order to keep morale high and for staff to look forward to an enjoyment.

The journey today will take us through some territories that we have not see nor heard about for a long time. Learning is a tool/instrument that feeds our engines and takes us on travels that are unfamiliar to us. However, if we drive off the road today, we are able to make our own path and create a new adventure.
